What information we collect?
Personal Information we request may include your email address, name, mailing address civic address and telephone number. If you make a purchase, we may ask for your credit card number and billing information. Credit Card information is kept for our Comfort Club Memberships where there are monthly charges and are stored on a private file for as long as the client maintains their membership with Furnace Guys.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
Billing Communication To personalize your experience To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer like to receive promotional emails from us, please refer to the “How I can optout, remove or modify information you have provided to us?” section below. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as Home Comfort Club and Comfort Quotes will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our email list and receive e-mail communication from us.

Making a purchase with a credit card on any service will result in personally identifiable information being exchanged with payment processors.

Only Furnace Guys employees, whose duties require, are granted access to our customers’ personal information. All such employees will be required as a condition of employment to respect the confidentiality of our customers’ personal information.

We may release your information when we believe the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our sites policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Please note that due to e-mail production schedules you may receive any e-mails already in production. For all other matter, you may opt-out by ceasing to use the website.
