In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we want to advise you of changes to our service protocol.
1. We are a paperless service provider so we will not be asking you to sign an invoice or a cheque with a pen that has been contaminated by previous clients. Payment can be made by credit card in your home or by etransfer.
2. Our technician will arrive with freshly sanitized hands and a mask. If you will be present, we require that you also wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6-10 ft for the duration of the appointment. We do not need you to show us your mechanical equipment or what the problem is, that’s our job and we do it well.
3. We will also ask upon booking if anyone in your home is quarantined or presenting symptoms and insist they remain isolated in a bedroom while we are in your home. If this requirement is not respected, we will leave. Check your symptoms here.
4. Our technicians are utilizing the COVID Alert app that can help break the cycle of infection by alerting people of possible exposure before any symptoms appear. This is a great tool to take care of ourselves and protect our communities. We would greatly appreciate your consideration in downloading and using it as well.
