Booked on a Saturday to come Tuesday, but came a day earlier. Now that is great service to get it done earlier than expected. Emailed me the invoice with the detailed info of what was done to the furnace immediately after the job was completed. Love the prepaid maintenance plan they have.

Amazing same day service to fix my emergency furnace problem given the Saskatchewan cold weather here. Enrique was extremely helpful and courteous. I was impressed with the office staff, booking process, and the way the whole process of keeping in touch with me and getting the job done. I will definitely be using their services again. Overall a very good experience. Vik was very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with and answered every question we had before and after the purchase and the installation of our furnace. The techs were great as well, replaced the furnace in no time, explained everything and even cleaned up after they were done.

Eduard from Furnaceguys works above and beyond the good quality. He pays attention on details. After his work, he doesn’t rush to go home but stayed to make sure all the vents are installed properly. He took his time to clean up and took all the garbage properly. He cleaned my utility room and made sure I was happy. I’m truly amazed how competent and hardworking the team is! Absolutely the best I have ever seen! I’m very happy and satisfied with the service!

We had our old, failed A/C unit replaced with a heat pump. All the staff we talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. The techs were courteous and neat. The installation is clean and tidy, highly professional. A great experience. I highly recommend.

Elliott was dispatched to take a look at our furnace. Although he had to deliver bad news, he was thorough in giving us our options. Very personable and kind.
Cody was great. He explained things well and gave us advice and direction on what he felt was best considering the age of the unit. Worked fast and without delay.

The furnaceguy worker was very kind. He thoroughly inspected our furnace and answered all my questions clearly. In my opinion, his work is excellent. He even accommodated me when I had issues with e-transfer, giving me time to withdraw cash. I 100% recommend him to others.

We contacted furnaceguys to repair a leak from the water outlet of our furnace, and their service exceeded our expectations. They were professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. Elliot, the technician who handled the repair, was exceptionally friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the necessary fix.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail. I had to move some storage boxes to give them access to the furnace, and to my surprise, after completing the job, they carefully put everything back exactly as it was. That level of thoughtfulness and care is what defines great customer service.
